My Story

I’m currently a Senior UX Researcher @ First American, where I lead research initiatives for a suite of products that help real estate professionals, home buyers, and sellers facilitate complex residential transactions.

Previously, I was a UX Consultant @ the DX Center, partnering with clients like the Cooper Hewitt Museum and USA Rugby to enhance their digital experiences through research-driven design strategy. While earning my master’s, I worked as a research assistant @ Pratt Institute, studying how people interact with voice assistants and coauthoring multiple peer-reviewed papers.

I hold a master’s degree in Information Experience Design from Pratt Institute and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University. My background in social science gives me a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and societal dynamics—skills that allow me to approach UX with a deep, empathetic lens. By blending research, design, and product strategy, I create user-centered solutions that align business goals with real human needs and great experiences.
