I’m a UX researcher and storyteller dedicated to championing the voices of technology users.
WHERE I AM
I’m currently a UX Researcher at First American; previously I was a UX Consultant @ the DX Center and a research assistant @ Pratt helping conduct studies on peoples’ interactions with voice assistants. I graduated from Pratt Institute’s Information Experience Design masters program in May 2022.
HOW I GOT HERE
I have a multidisciplinary background, which has equipped me for the versatile world of UX. I studied humanities during undergrad and interned for a global non-profit before transitioning to support staff augmentation in the tech industry — where I discovered my passion for UX and data-driven insights. I joined Pratt’s IxD masters program in 2020 and began my work in the field of HCI.
WHAT I LIKE TO DO
I like to bring my social science-based perspective to UX by focusing on user research that considers the full human experience and enables better decision making for the technologies that people use. My portfolio includes selected works from a range of diverse projects that involve mixed methods user research, wireframing and prototyping, analyzing data and visualizing results, and writing on critical research topics.
